William Beaumont Army Medical Center Put Under Shelter in Place
Ft. Bliss’ William Beaumont Army Medical Center was put under lockdown earlier today after reports of a suspicious man on the center’s campus. No injuries have yet been reported, and though the man was allegedly armed, there are no specific reports yet of gunshots fired.
The most recent reports have police searching for the man, describing him as a white male in a tan T-shirt and black shorts. He was carrying two soft rifle cases and ammo cans.
Individual was last seen in the vicinity of the first floor DFAC Courtyard area adjacent to the bus stop. No other information is available.
