SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Officials say it's still unclear what caused the December fatal fire at a senior-living facility near San Antonio.

Investigators say they have found more than one source that could have started the Dec. 28 blaze at Wedgwood Senior Living Apartments in Castle Hills.

Five people died in the fire and more than a dozen were injured. A sixth resident died later, but officials haven't said if the fire contributed to her death.

A spokeswoman for the Bexar County fire marshal's office tells the San Antonio News-Express (http://bit.ly/18Tc5Qo ) the incident report is still being finalized and wasn't ready for release Thursday.

The list of potential ignition sources won't be released until the report is ready.
