EL PASO, Texas (AP) — El Paso police have arrested a man accused of practicing dentistry without a license.

Police say Mission Valley tactical officers arrested the 60-year-old man in a San Elizario residence.

The El Paso Times reports that the man faces two counts of practicing dentistry without a license, along with a traffic warrant. He remained in jail Monday with a bond of more than $20,000.

The man, who was a dentist in Juárez, Mexico, is suspected of performing dental services for patients in El Paso-area homes. Police were notified of the cases after patients complained that they gave the man money for dental work that was never done.

The man was featured on El Paso's most-wanted fugitives list three weeks ago.
