Investigation Underway In Shooting Death Of Teenager

KILLEEN, Texas (AP) — Killeen police are investigating after a 16-year-old boy was killed as a suspect or suspects slowly drove past a house and began shooting in his direction.

Police say that the teen was found early Sunday morning suffering from a gunshot wound. He was unconscious and not breathing. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

The name of the victim has not yet been released.
