A former high school basketball coach at a Fort Bend ISD high school has been arrested in Lubbock.

According to Everything Lubbock, 51-year-old Toby Villa from Haskell, Texas was indicted Tuesday morning by a Lubbock County grand jury. Villa had previously been arrested in Lubbock for an incident that happened last December.

According to authorities, Villa was discovered with an intoxicated woman at a residence. Villa's indictment said that he had acted without her consent.

Villa, who previously coached at Kempner High School in Sugar Land, was also arrested in 2014 for sexually assaulting the wife of one of his friends.

According to released court documents, the woman, who went to sleep intoxicated on the evening of September 13, 2014, claimed Villa climbed into bed with her in the middle of the night, removed her clothes and initiated sexual contact.

She told authorities that she felt like "something was wrong." After she attempted to speak to the man who she thought was her husband, he left the bedroom. Following him, she realized it wasn't her husband, but Villa.

Villa was arrested for that crime in December 2014.
