LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) — A former El Paso County, Texas, judge has been found guilty of embezzlement in New Mexico.

The Las Cruces Sun-News reports (http://bit.ly/1Ok8DhD ) that a Las Cruces jury on Wednesday found Anthony Cobos guilty of one county of embezzlement over $20,000 after he was accused of defrauding a couple of more than $43,000 in a property deal.
