Senator John Cornyn Defends Trump, Says He Hasn’t Seen Evidence of Quid Pro Quo

Senator John Cornyn joined The Chad Hasty Show on Monday to discuss a number of different issues. The gaining national attention of course is the impeachment inquiry into President Trump.

Cornyn told KFYO that he had not seen evidence of a quid pro quo and he didn't believe the President had done anything to rise to the level of impeachment.

Cornyn also discussed the RESPONSE Act that he filed in the Senate last month. The RESPONSE Act was filed in response to recent mass shootings in the United States.
