Saturday evening, no. 3 Texas Tech Red Raider Basketball (29-6) beat no. 1 Gonzaga (33-3) 75-69 to win the NCAA West Region and secure their first-ever berth to the Final Four.

Jarrett Culver led the Red Raiders with 19 points during the win. Matt Mooney scored 17, and Davide Moretti had 12 points.

The Red Raiders were down 37-35 at halftime and outscored the Bulldogs 40-32 in the second half. Defensively, Texas Tech forced 15 turnovers and had 9 steals and 7 blocks.

Texas Tech will play the winner of the East Region Final, Duke vs Michigan State, Saturday April 6th at the Final Four at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
