The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Michael Thomas Osborn, 46, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and a cash reward up to $7,500 is now being offered for information leading to his capture. On June 2, Osborn removed the ankle monitor he was required to wear while out on bond for two Harris County charges of indecency with a child. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.

Osborn was last known to be traveling in a black 2007 Ford Expedition displaying Texas license plates. He has ties to the Houston area, particularly Deer Park – the city of his last known address. Osborn also has ties to the states of Louisiana and Florida. His criminal history includes possession of child pornography, aggravated assault against a public servant and unlawful carrying of a weapon.  Osborn is 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 240 pounds. He has tattoos on his left arm and left ankle; and scars on his left leg and above his left eye.

Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders.
