The ASU-SBDC (Angelo State University Small Business Development Center) will  host the training event “Customer Service That Counts” Tuesday, July 14th at 6:00p.m. for free.

Is your business “Texas Friendly”? Business owners, managers and front-line employees can all benefit from either an introduction or a “refresher” course to the importance of quality customer service. This program emphasizes topics such as business etiquette, phone courtesy, working with difficult people, handling complaints, cultural awareness, listening skills, and communication.

Looking for your road map to success? Then you need a business plan. Attend this seminar to learn how to write your business plan. A good business plan can save a business thousands of dollars in the long run and is a great way to avoid common pitfalls in the startup stage of any business venture. This seminar is part one of a two part Business Plan Series that they provide. Part one will focus on the business outline, writing proper narrative, and more. Part two will be focusing on how to create proper financials for your business plan.
