Team RWB "Run as One"

Team RWB's mission to enrich the lives of America's veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.

In a nutshell, they do this through Enrichment, using the equation, Enrichment = People + Health+ Purpose.

People: Creating authentic connections, reflected in an increased number of close relationships and improvements in teammates' sense of belonging, purpose, and community engagement.

Health: Creating frequent opportunities for team members to connect through fitness, sports, and recreation to improve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing

Run as One began in honor of Marine Veteran Clay Hunt, an original member of Team Rubicon,who took his own life after battling PTS and depression. Team Rubicon, Team Red White & Blue (RWB) and the Mission continues to partner to participate in the 5th Annual Run as One this Saturday, April 16th.This is a celebration of the networks required to empower, unite, and enrich the lives of Veterans. It also serves as a symbol of leadership, action, and collaboration across the veteran's support landscape within local communities.

This event is a great example of the togetherness their organization is all about and would like to use it not only as a chance for their current members to get together FOR one another, but also as a chance for other members of the community who may be interested in their organization to come out and meet them as well. Of course, everyone is welcome to run, but not obligated.
