United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has reportedly died today in West Texas. According to the San Antonio Express News Scalia, 79, was a guest at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, a resort in the Big Bend region south of Marfa.

Scalia arrived at the ranch Friday and when he did not appear for breakfast this morning a person with the ranch went to Scalia's room where his body was found.

The FBI along with the U.S. Marshal Service, and the Presidio County Sheriff's office have been involved in the investigation but at this time foul play is not suspected.

Scalia was nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1968 by President Ronald Reagan and was among the court's most conservative justices.
