Shots Ring Out 2 Found Dead At Apartment Complex

HOUSTON (AP) — Two men have been shot to death in what Houston police describe as a possibly drug-related home invasion at an apartment complex.

Sgt. Joshua Horn, a police investigator, tells the Houston Chronicle (http://bit.ly/1SsNroO ) that multiple shots were heard from inside a apartment unit late Saturday night.

Two men were found with gunshot wounds. Horn says one of the victims lived in the unit, while the other appeared to be visiting.

A third man who was able to hide from the shooters was unhurt.

Horn says "at least one form of narcotic" was in the apartment before the shootings.

Police are searching for the suspects, who left the scene in a pickup truck.
