San Angelo Police have obtained an Arrest Warrant for a fourth person involved in the shooting incident on N. Sellers Street last month.

Eric J. Martinez is wanted for Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit another Felony for his involvement in the shooting of a 69-year-old San Angelo man on August 31, 2015, at a residence in the 500 block of N. Sellers St. The shooting victim has not recovered. He is being treated at a local hospital for life-threatening injuries.

Fernando Lavaris Jr. was arrested the day of the shooting by the Department’s Special Operations Section and Patrol Division.  Two other suspects involved in the incident were recently arrested; Jonathan Jesse Marin was booked into the Tom Green County Jail on September 3 and Eliza [AKA Lisa] Losoya on September 2.
