On December 30, 2016, the man stole a painting from the 4th floor of San Angelo City Hall, 72 West College Avenue.  The painting is valued at approximately $9,000.00

The man appears to be Caucasian, over 60, with salt-and-pepper hair.  He was wearing a black western hat, brown jacket, light-colored long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and dark boots.

After removing the painting, the man exited City Hall with the painting concealed in his jacket, walked across the street, and left in a dark-colored older model pickup.
