San Angelo Elks’ City Wide Hoop Shoot Contest

The San Angelo Elks Lodge will hold their annual city wide Hoop Shoot contest on Tuesday, December 6th, at Sierra Vista Methodist Church Gym, 4522 College Hills Blvd.

Registration will begin at 6:30, and the contest starts at 7 pm.

There will be a boy winner & girl winner chosen from 3 age groups. 8-9, 10-11, & 12-13. Each of the city winners will advance to the district tournament to be held in San Antonio in late January. Winners from the District contest, in each of the categories, will advance to the State Contest in Dallas. State winners will advance to the Regional contest, and those winners will advance to the National contest, to be held in Chicago April 20-23, 2017. The Elks organizations will help with travel expenses for the winners.
