SNOOK, Texas (AP) — A Central Texas police officer is on a 90-day probation after he appears in a video in which an underage drinker is allowed to walk away from a citation apparently because she beat another officer in a game.

Cameron Police Chief Randy Dixon notes officer Chris Ashwood wasn't the one who played rock-paper-scissors against the girl at Chilifest last weekend in Snook but he is seen in the video.

Ashwood told the police chief that a different officer decided to kick her out of the festival rather than issue a citation or reprimand after the girl won the contest.

The Eagle (http://bit.ly/1D65SrI ) reports that neither the identities of the other officers in the video nor the department they work for have been released.
