COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) — A gas station clerk in Central Texas has been kidnapped after being assaulted and forced to drive off in his personal truck with the suspect.

College Station police on Tuesday asked for the public's help in finding 55-year-old Kevin Garcia and a man believed to have abducted him.

Garcia's vehicle is a 1999 dark gray extended cab Ford Ranger pickup truck with Texas license plate: CWC-0189.

Garcia is a white man, with white hair and a white beard. He's wearing blue jeans and a blue T-shirt with "Kevin" and "Drew's Exxon" written on it.

College Station police around 3:30 a.m. CDT Tuesday were dispatched to Drew's Exxon after a customer found the place empty.

Lt. Chuck Fleeger (FLEEG'-er) didn't immediately provide information on what led police to believe Garcia was abducted.
