Scarlett is a 5- to 6-year-old female blue heeler mix, about 11 pounds. She is an adorable cuddle bug who loves people, kids, and other dogs. She is very calm and loves to lounge. Scarlett is spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and heart worm negative.

More than 6,000 animals were euthanized last year at the San Angelo animal shelter. PAWS and the City of San Angelo have partnered to reduce the pet overpopulation problem in our area through education and the offering of low-cost spay/neuter vouchers for dogs.

In addition to the PAWS FREE vouchers for pits, chihuahuas and mixes of those breeds, PAWS will continue to sell spay/neuter vouchers on the first Saturday of each month (the next is Feb. 7; $25 for cats and $50 for dogs).

PAWS will sell spay/neuter vouchers at 10 a.m. for dogs on Feb. 14; those are just $10. It's the SNIP that saves. Money. Time. Lives.
