Allison Watkins at the Lunch and Learn Garden Class

Sometimes you can’t improve on Mother Nature. Allison Watkins, AgriLife Extension Horticulturist, will be talking about growing tried and true heirloom vegetables and antique roses. You’ll learn the difference and benefits of growing both.The class is this Friday, March 20 from noon to 1 p.m. Bring your questions about your landscape challenges, too. The class will be held in the Commissioners’ Court on the second floor of the Edd B. Keys building, 113 W. Beauregard. Cost is only $5 per class. Bring your lunch.
