Elks Lodge CASI Chili Cookoff

Help Special Needs Children go to camp and have fun cooking chili this Saturday at the San Angelo Elks Lodge, 2121 S. Chadbourne!

The Fourth Elks Lodge Chili Cookoff is an opportunity for chili cooks to earn points for the Terlingua International Chili Championship while helping the Elks to send Special Needs Children to the Texas State Elks Camp at Ottine.

Registration opens at 9am and it costs $18.00 to cook chili and $5.00 for beans. Beans will be judged at Noon and volunteers from Goodfellow will be judging the chili beginning at 2.

Everyone is invited to stop by for hamburgers with all the trimmings for $3.00 per burger starting at 11 am. The lodge will host a cake auction and raffle with lots of tasty homemade treats for sale!

All chili cooks can enjoy a complimentary spaghetti dinner this Friday night.
