Replacing the very familiar T Bears Cafe at Stadium Lanes is a new place to try out next time you're good and hungry.

Fleming's Family Diner is now open at 2105 Knickerbocker Road, inside the bowling center. By the way, family is not just a word they like to use. Owner Fred Fleming and daughter Samantha Hunt make sure that everything in the vintage 50s diner setting is geared toward families. Their specialty is comfort food. The kind you'd love to serve your family, if you only had the time.

Lunch specials, depending on the day of the week, include fried chicken with garlic potatoes and corn or perhaps, pot roast with green beans and those garlic potatoes.

On Sundays take the family out for turkey with gravy, dressing, and green beans.

Of course, there's all the staples you grew up with as a kid, like hamburgers, steak fries and chicken tenders as well.

Your visit to this new eatery wouldn't be complete without one of Fleming's milkshakes or floats.

You'll find them open Monday thru Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Now that you know about Fleming's Family Diner give it a try, then feel free to share your experience with us. We always love to hear your feedback.
