Central Band Send-Off is Saturday

Everyone is invited to send the Central High Bobcat Band off to the UIL Area Marching Contest this Saturday!The Band Booster Club is asking that all parents, students, and Bobcat fans attend the band's send-off beginning at 12:30 as they leave for Lubbock and the area marching contest! Everyone is encouraged to start lining up at Noon.

The 18 wheeler band trailer will lead the band buses at 12:30 from the band hall down the river road in back of the campus, past the golf course and then up by the downtown Post Office.

The band will compete around 8:00 Saturday evening and hopes to make the top 2 bands who will advance to the State Competition at the Alamodome on Nov. 3rd & 4th.
