ROUND ROCK, Texas (AP) — A Central Texas man has been charged with arson and child endangerment after a 2013 explosion damaged a house with his year-old son inside.

Williamson County jail records show 23-year-old Justin Michael Rogers was no longer in custody Tuesday in what prosecutors call a drug-related case.

His girlfriend, 22-year-old Kyndall Marie Davis, was charged with child endangerment and freed on $10,000 bond. Investigators say Davis was also in the Round Rock home, about to put the couple's son to sleep, when the explosion happened in June 2013.

Investigators found marijuana remnants at the fire-damaged house. An affidavit says authorities believe the explosion happened during the manufacture of hash oil.

No attorneys are listed for Rogers and Davis, who's free on $40,000 bond. Both were booked Sept. 23.
