You may recall, after those Black Lives Matter protests in Dallas some 3 weeks ago, Dallas Police Chief, David Brown told protesters that there was a way to help fix problems in the city's law enforcement they complained about. Simply, get a job.

"We're hiring," Brown said in a press conference. "Get off that protest line and put an application in. We'll put you in your neighborhood and help you resolve some of those problems."

Evidently, it worked. Employment applications to the city's police department are up by 344%, since the incident. Of course, there's no way to tell if these applications were filled out by the protesters or anyone connected with the Black Lives Matter.
