Starbucks has just released a 15 page booklet to show employees what's in and out with  new dress codes. As a customer, here's what you may soon start seeing when you stop for that morning cup of joe.

In the hat department fedoras are fine, however, bucket hats are not.

When it comes to colors, charcoal, navy, brown and black are a yeah. Brights, such as red and yellow are a nae.

Patterns on shirts are o.k., as long as they remain small and subtle.

Denim is welcome, provided it's not the light-washed variety.

Customers will continue to see the green or black aprons they've grown so used to on all Starbucks workers.

The coffee giant hopes the new requirements will allow for more "self-expression," for all employees.
